In the Upper Room Family Church
God's love permeates the air!
I really felt that feeling of love
The minute I entered there!
I immediately felt like family
Because God says to love one another!
And I know that I belonged there
Among my sisters and my brothers!
For years I have now been with this family
And their love just continues to grow!
I appreciate the love I've been shown
More than anyone could ever know!
So, why not come and join us?
And enjoy this love that we share!
I know that you will see it real soon
That we are people that really do care!
Christian Family
What is a family? It's people who really care.
They help out each other, true love they do share.
I found a church family of loving sisters and brothers.
They have wonderful hearts, they care for each other!
They are willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
They spend time in prayer, and the hungry they feed.
They visit the hospital when church family is there.
They bring meals to rhe sick, so we know that they care!
I have really been blessed, for I found many friends.
People I can depend on, what a message this sends.
The Lord is in their hearts, they share in Gods love.
If everyone would follow, they'd be blessed from above!
The Upper Room Family Church, is full of people Gods blessed.
Why not come share with us, put our love to the test!
I know you'll feel welcome, Gods Love prevails there.
With loving arm's we'll welcome you, our love we will share!
You will feel that you are welcome, right from the start.
We'll share Gods love which dwells in our hearts!
You to can become family, there's a place just for you.

The following is an excerpt taken from the website "Legacy of worship", and was authored by Pastor Billy Faught. Pastor Billy recently visited our church.
Were starting something brand new in our monthly E-Magazine. Each month we will feature a church that we have recently visited. These will be churches that we recommend you visit if you are ever in their area. These are "happening" churches, where God has total freedom to have His way! This month's feature is: Upper Room Family Church, of Elcho, Wisconsin. The pastors are Shane and Sue Wheeler. Their brand of Northern love will bless you so much. The church is nestled in the North Woods of Wisconsin and, as you can see, is a log structure. This church's hunger for the Lord has not gone unnoticed by heaven, and their desire to see the lost saved is unmatched. Revival is on its way to the North Woods! Shane and Sue have been the pastors of Upper Room Family Church for twelve (12) years now.
Bill and Lynda and family lived there and pastored for seven (7) years during the 90's, when the church was called "Northwoods Worship Centre". The Upper Room Family Church and Pastors Shane & Sue Wheeler are very dear to our hearts!
The following letter was received by Pastor Shane and his wife Sue. This was sent by one of our church members mother after a recent wedding ceremony that she participated in.
Dear Pastor Shane and Sue,
My daughter has been telling me for quite some time now about her "Church Family", but I never really understood what she felt until I had the privilege of sharing that experience during the last couple of weeks. As I'm sure you know, I am not a religious person, but I have a deep appreciation for the kind of love you and your congregation share. I feel so pleased to be able to feel a small part of your circle.
Thank you so much for my daughter and her fiance's wedding. It was such a beautiful event and you and your Church family played such an important role. I'm so happy for them for the love they have found, both between each other and with all of you.
